By default all orders over 100USD ship via FedEx the same day.
Tracking numbers wi

If UPS is requested we can ship UPS.
Most orders under 100USD will ship via USPS. All International orders ship via FedEx or USPS Express depending on your
location.  And all international orders will have the full value of the shipment on the declarations page and will be insured for the full amount (No exeptions).  The flat fee for international orders is 99.95USD or greater depending on your shipping location (No Exeptions).
Payment Details
Available payment methods are credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, COD, certified check, cashier’s check, or in-house financing.Once an order is processed you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

Financing (Corporate Clients)

Return Policy
Our products come with our 30-day guarantee of form, fit, and function. We will support our products and our customers and offer full coverage on all hardware, parts, and labor.  Anything that malfunctions within 30 days can be returned for a full refund.
Should it become necessary to return the product, the purchaser will pay the costs to return the item to us and we will pay return shipping to the buyer. If the item returned cannot be repaired or exchanged we reserve the right to replace the equipment with a comparable product.
Quality Computing cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product we sell. Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags voids the customer warranty. This warranty does not cover items that are normally replaced periodically or consumed during the life of the equipment. Items not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries, software, and peripherals.
We do perform inspections of all returned products upon receipt before the refund is granted.If we find the product is being returned because of an accident after the product was used by our customers we will have to decline the refund request and will send the product back to you.  All descriptions are accurate.
For any failures after the 30 day period, please feel free to contact us. We examine each situation on a case-by-case basis.  If the item is being returned simply because you don't like it, the re-stocking fee is 15% of the purchase price.
